📄️ Introduction
Flare is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 with enshrined data protocols. A production Flare operator normally runs a validator node and a Flare Entity stack so the same entity can validate the network and participate in the Flare Systems Protocol (FSP), including FTSOv2 and FDC.
📄️ Validator Setup
This guide deploys a Flare mainnet validator node with Docker Compose and prepares the validator for staking and Entity registration.
📄️ Entity / FSP Setup
This guide deploys the Flare Systems Protocol stack from flare-systems-deployment. It assumes the validator node is already running and its NodeID can be linked to the same Entity identity.
📄️ FDC Suite Setup
FDC verifies external data and supplies the FDC Client with attestation voting data. This guide uses fdc-suite-deployment for blockchain nodes, indexers, EVM verifier, and Web2 verifier.
